It is located in the Ricote countryside, on the border of Blanca, Ricote, Abarán, Mula, and Cieza. It sits at a crossroads, nestled between mountains and at the foot of the Rambla de Benito and Charrara ravines. The mountain road is paved all the way to the entrance. The nearest town is Blanca, 11 km away, and the Murcia-Madrid N301 highway is 5 km further on.
Initially, it was restored and adapted as a staffed rural guesthouse, with tourist registration number ATMU 287. However, about two years ago, it was reclassified as a rural inn, though it has never been used for that purpose.
BUILDING
It is distributed over four floors (being a watermill, it is built on a slope to collect water in a large reservoir). It has five double bedrooms and one larger room for the guesthouse owner. It features a dining room adjacent to the kitchen, a reception area (formerly a stable), and on the lower level, a lounge, a bar area, and a terrace, half of which is enclosed with glass, offering spectacular views. There is a small swimming pool with steps and a spacious solarium overlooking the Rambla at the very top. In the same area, there is a viewpoint for stargazing.
In addition, in adjacent buildings, there is a professional BBQ area, complete with oven, stove, and grill, as well as another BBQ on the lower level next to the terrace. There is also a small children's playground, a swimming pool with a shallow end, and a viewpoint. The parking area accommodates seven vehicles, two of which are covered. To complete the agricultural section, there is a spring-fed irrigation pond with a small vegetable garden nearby, a tool shed, a dog kennel, a chicken coop, and 22 centuries-old olive trees that yield 800 to 1000 kg of olives annually, which is about 150 liters of virgin olive oil.
The entire perimeter is fenced, and the area is very safe.

The bedrooms are completely renovated and equipped with energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, and there are three air conditioning units (one in each of the living rooms and one in the upstairs bedroom). LOCATION
Adventure sports are readily available in this superb location, situated within a Special Protection Area (SPA) of the Natura 2000 network in the Charrara Ravine. Several businesses operate in the area, and it is close to the Segura River, where rafting trips are available between Cieza and Blanca. There are also two thermal spas nearby, one in Mula and the other in Archena. There are several castles to visit within the property's perimeter, and three air conditioning units (heating and cooling): one in each of the living rooms and one in the upstairs bedroom.
